Nouschóra
A downloadable game for Windows
You are being imprisoned.
Nouschóra is a short, narrative-driven semi-horror game about exploring a strange land full of twists, turns, monsters and the past.
Don't let them notice you.
There are... other things here with you. You'll need to be slow, methodical, and constantly on edge in order to evade them. This place doesn't take kindly to recklessness.
Something is trying to contact you.
Through the static, something is reaching out. You don't know what it is, what it wants, or when it will arrive. You have no choice but to keep going.
Who made this game?
This is a two-person project developed by Jack Rafferty (Spacepiano) and Tallulah Martinez! This is still being released under the 'Spacepiano Games' label, and you can hopefully expect more collaborations between us in future! There's a lot in the pipeline.
Check out my upcoming horror game, The Victor Initiative!

Your game looks really cool! 😊 I'm the leader of a small bundle community where we occasionally put together game bundles, and it's that time again!
Your game would be a perfect fit for our current collection, so I wanted to reach out and ask if you'd like to join us. If you're interested, you can submit your game directly here: https://itch.io/jam/urb2015. I'd truly appreciate it if you'd consider participating!
You can find all our past bundles and important details about bundle creation on our bundle page: https://xx696.itch.io/bundles-ultimate.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask me anytime. Thanks for your time! 😊
Best regards, love, and peace! ❤️✌️
Nice atmosphere! Really wish there was a way to turn down volume cause it is Very loud! Came to a big tree surrounded by you-know-what. Died seemingly random 5 times and took a break xD
Did take a quick look at the video below to spoil it a little but unfortunately that video stopped before that part. Movement is ok, visuals are good and atmosphere is great!
If you can Spacepiano, throw a small hint at me here or on Discord and i'll go back in to finish it and update this with a more completed comment
:D
If the tree was in a red area, I'd try skate around the edges until you find a way through. Another thing to note is that not all the you-know-whats are real, some of them don't make noise ;D
I'll also try and get a volume slider implemented soon!
